FENDI TAGS & CARDS
BEWARE OF THE 'YELLOW TAG': If you look on ebay or other auction sites you will see Fendi handbags with yellow hangtags on them like the one above, that say FENDI. These are all Fendi replicas...every one of them. The yellow authenticity cards and the white lamenated card with the fake serial number on it are usually all replicas. The seller is probably saying it is authentic and they will have so many fantastic reasons to try to convience you that it is real.
HERE IS A GOOD ONE: Being a cautious buyer you email the auction seller and ask for the 'serial number' and they reply saying something like this: "Thank you for your enquiry but we do not give out the serial number because of so many counterfeiters that use them to duplicate them on replica bags. We assure you that this bag is authentic". ........Yes, I have personaly emailed sellers and have gotten that answer back on designer bags I knew for a fact were fake just from the photos in their auctions. This is a major RED FLAG telling you not to bid or buy from that seller. Don't get 'Scammed!'.
