Sales Contract (updated November 11th 2007) I am quite negotiable if you are a long time friend of us, or are someone I know and trust. Otherwise, these are strict rules. This contract applies to in-utero foals, and foals / horses on the ground. Namesake If a horse is bred by a Fable Creek sire and dam, they must hold the FC suffix somewhere in their name, and it is not to be changed under any circumstance! Removal of the suffix is grounds for repossession of the horse. Our prefix and or suffix "FC" is registered here. Disciplines If (as an example) I sell you a foal or a horse as a racer and I find it romping in western events, I won't be pleased to say the least. I will discuss your reason with you, but if I don't find it suitable and you do not comply to get the horse into the racing stream, I will repossess the horse. However, if we decide the horse is not to race, all will be at peace. Breedings and Breeding If I sell you a horse or foal from Fable Creek, and I specifically say "do not breed", "do not over breed", or it is a gelding, and I discover you've breeched that trust, I will automatically reclaim the horse. Breaking breeding rules is a big deal; there is a reason I have said not to breed the horse, or not over breed it. If I sell you a breeding to a horse, I need the name of the foal, it's gender, and the name of the sire or dam, depending on which of the two you owned. If the foal is sired and out of Fable Creek horses, the FC suffix must be respected. However, if it is sired or out of one of your horses, and we're simply selling a breeding, the suffix does not have to be placed. Buybacks I would like buybacks on all horses; I keep records of whom I sell my horses to, so if I discover someone else owns a horse bred by us and I was not informed, I will not be at all pleased. Grounds For Reclamation appropriate suffix / prefix not present A none legitimate reason for having our sold horses in a different discipline then discussed buybacks trust breeched breeding trust breeched Not being shown or raced at all, and posing strictly as an ornament. Black List (Stables/owners we refuse to sell to or deal with due to inactivity of a horse, violation of any rules set down via PM or email for the horse, etc.) The following people must also never have a horse purchased by you from here sold to them. Becki, Golden Moments Ranch, Dream Weaver Estate, Akmal Arabians and any other stableyards owned by this string. This contract is quite easy to oblige to. If you can not find it in you to do so, I will not sell you a horse, and I believe that is fair. Horses For Sale: None
