"THE BARN" | IL FIENILE

Si tratta di un’ex annesso agricolo che faceva parte di un’antico borgo rurale denominato “ la Madonna di Pogi “dove è presente ancora oggi la chiesa che risale al 1300 ,edificata in quegl’anni come ringraziamento alla madonna per aver risparmiato dalla peste la popolazione dell’antico castello di Pogi .

Immerso nel verde ,in posizione panoramica,in un contesto paesaggistico e ambientale pressoché incontaminato ma vicinissimo a tutti i servizi , quali negozi, supermercati , farmacia , poste , scuole, stazione ferroviaria.

Nel 2004 il comune ha approvato il piano di recupero del borgo ,dove è prevista per l’annesso in questione ,la concessione edilizia per la totale demolizione e fedele ricostruzione , da me eseguita con materiali e soluzioni ecocompatibili, come la struttura portante in ecoporoton , l’intonaco in biocalce e la copertura ventilata in legno e laterizio , mettendo particolare cura nelle rifiniture esterne ,come nella realizzazione della gronda in mezzane di cotto fatto a mano , montate a sbalzo (tipico delle costruzioni rurali toscane) o nella realizzazione delle grigliature di alcune finestre nello stesso materiale ,o per le soglie di porte e finestre in pietra serena bocciardata e nei marciapiedi e i muretti esterni che ho realizzato con la pietra locale sbozzata a mano con effetto muro a secco .

Mancano ancora le opere interne come gli impianti idrotermosanitari ,gli intonaci ,gli infissi e i pavimenti , perché ho voluto che chi vivrà questa casa potesse adattarla alla sue esigenze e gusto e godersi anche il giardino e il bosco di querce che completano quest’angolo di paradiso.

Per quel che concerne i servizi sono presenti e attivi, l’energia elettrica ,la linea telefonica,il gas , l’acqua e il sistema di smaltimento acque reflue mediante depuratore a fanghi attivi .

Ci sono poi proprietà condominiali quali la piazza pavimentata in pietra , la strada di accesso ai fabbricati e i parcheggi .

The Barn is situated in means to the green,in panoramic position,but however close to all the services.

In the 2004 coutry council of bucine it has approved of the plan for the recovery of the existing buildings in this village, that it previews the demolition of the buildings and the faithful reconstruction, that I have personally executed with materials and ecological solutions .

The carrying structure is realized with bio bricks ,the plaster is realized with bio lime and the roof is ventilated in wood and tile.

I have lend particular cure also in external finishes, like the realization of the eave with mizzens of cotto made by hand, mounted to jolt (typical of from Tuscany rural constructions) and the windbreak of some windows in the same material, like for the thresholds of doors and windows in serene stone and the external sidewalks and walls that I have realized with the local stone worked by hand with effect wall to dry.
There are from inner realizing still some jobs to the building, like the hydraulic systems, the plasters still lack, the fixtures and the pavements, because I wanted that they reflected the taste and the requirements of the purchaser.

Beyond to the house its inhabitants will be able to enjoy also the garden and the forest of oaks that complete this angle of the paradise.

For that it concerns the services are present and active, the electric power, the telephone line, the gas, the water and the system of draining waters reflue by means of depurator to active mud.

Which are then others property ,like the public square paved in stone, the road of access to manufactured and the publics parkings.
