Every site is paying by different services, but the most of them are using paypal. The site is paying the user when he is reaching one minimum payout which is also different in every site(usually from $0.05 to $10).After reaching the payout the user can ask for his payment.

5.Who are "cheaters"?
-Cheaters are the users who trying to see ads in illegal way as it sets in site.Some examples:
Some sites have links which write "Cheat link, do not click".In case that the user press on this link he took one warning.When he will collect some small number of warnings he will be deleted.
Some sites before the commercial they make you one question (photo),for example:How much is 4+4.The user must answer correct to see the commercial.Or he earns a warning again.Attention:this warnings you dont see anywhere,in case that you reach the limit your account will be deleted and you will lose you money.
Users who are using bots that they are "watching" automatically advertisments.

6.How i see the advertisments?
From the links that they you are take in your e-mail.Press the links under where is written paid link.
From the paid links that they are in site. The most scripts that are using are two kinds.In the first you go to surf ads or browse ads (photo) and there are some commercials.
In the second you go to earning area (photo) and and you press to click links or read ads.
Inside click links you will see above of the links something written "surf these ads", if you press there you will see appearing one ad after other and you dont have to press every single.

8.Advise
In the begin write yourself in some of the sites and not to every that you find.Try firstly to understand how the system is working and make some referrals.After if you see that you have time to others site too make some register more and etc.In every site we cant see more than one advertisment at the same time.
If you will do this you will not earn money.
But you can see advertisments at the same time but from different site.So we open in tabs 4-5 sites and we see one advertisment from each site.

Dont expect that you will become rich from this way.If you are looking for something like this try in different way.Here you will have some very good extra money to your salary, and the money that you will earn its depending on the factors that i describe up.
