EXODUS HEALTH AND MINISTRIES

I, Missionary Katrina Ann Palmer (Sylver) am co-founder through Christ, of Exodus Health and Ministries.  I walk in the apostolic and prophetic anointing and my ministry focus is to warn the church to enter into the place of safety hewned out by God.  There is a place in God where the Holy Spirit is taking His end time Philadelphia type church: an open door which no man can shut. It is attained through obedience.  Like Christ I learn obedience through the things which i suffer and relate these to those whom it is given to understand.

I am a God taught health advocate who honors and respect the dietary laws of balance and fastings.  My motto is to cleanse the body, soul and spirit through fastings with prayers and supplications.  I do believe a good colon cleanse and detoxifications supplements are a good addition to support a healthy body however I do not suggest anyone rely on these or any other supplements to heal the total being. I've learn the hard way that most infirmities within the body are a sign of disorder in one's relationship with Christ.  Total healing begins with humility, seeking Christ and turning from one's wicked (stubborn, selfish, prideful) ways. 

My names are a description of my character.  Katrina is prophetic and it symbolizes and means to cleanse and purify.  Ann, my middle name is Hebrew and it means gracious.  Palmer is my married name symbolizing my children were conceived with honour and the bed undefiled. My maiden name is Sylver which is also Hebrew.  I am a black female by culture, engrafted into the body of Christ.  My name is connected to my destiny.  I do not boast of my names but I boast in Christ who has ordained me to be who I am by His grace and I seek to flow with His Holy Spirit that I may attain to the level of maturity which He has predestined for me.
