Park Definition

A dog owner's park is a fenced in piece of land for dog owners to bring their dogs to exercise and play off-leash in a controlled environment.

Goals

In creating a dog owners park, we hope to accomplish these goals:

1. To establish a fenced in, off-leash dog park where well-behaved canines can exercise in a clean, safe environment.
2. To develop an easily maintainable space, open to all dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and restrictions.
3. To view this park as a community project, in partnership with the Town of East Windsor, designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike.
   

 Mission

Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and friendly environment for our dogs to exercise and play with other dogs and a place for the citizens of East Windsor to socialize with other dog owners. With over 1,200 licensed dogs in East Windsor our town is in need of a place for dog owners to exercise their dogs. Many dog owners from outside our town also will benefit from our park.

We are now collecting donations and doing fundraising to pay for the materials and installation of a Dog Owners Park in East Windsor.  We are working closely with the East Windsor Parks and Recreation Department. There will  be no tax payer money used to build this park & maintain it.
