EVP Collection
Ok, here it is. The EVP collection vault. What you'll find here is a variety of EVP samples that I have recorded and felt they are worthy of being posted here.
I explain the circumstances under which each sample was recorded but I will not say what I think is being said. There is good reason for this. Skeptics say that once you have told someone what you think is being said in an EVP recording, they are going to hear exactly that. I don't want to sway anyone's opinions on what is being said so it's up to you to decide for yourself. It will be interesting to see the different interpretations!
If you are listening to these alone at night, turn your volume down a little (so you don't crap your pants), take a deep breath and enjoy!
Sample 1 - This was recorded just after midnight on the 12/13th October 2006. I had already done some recordings with no success. I think maybe it was because they were too clinical: I was reading pre-written questions and concentrating on giving exactly 30 seconds for a response. Anyway, I thought I'd try one more time before calling it a night. I was sitting on my sofa, the cats and the baby were sound asleep and I began by asking if there was anyone there who wanted to talk to me. What you'll hear shortly after that is me doing one of those burps where you don't open your mouth! Hey, I'd just had some dinner! Then there is an unexplained sound, followed by another. I have used Audacity to edit out the background buzz of my fridge and amplified the result. That is all I have done to it. Tell me what you think.
