Welcome

The Old Johnian Rifle Club (OJRC) is an association of former students of St John's School, Leatherhead, and their families. We are an extremely social club (and suspect that some members turn up only for the beer) but we are also a very competetive club. Being located so close to Bisley (the centre of fullbore shooting in the UK), St John's has a long history of turning out first-class shooters.

The OJRC competes in both smallbore and fullbore events, with smallbore practice taking place on Monday nights at the school's miniature range, and fullbore events mostly happening on weekends throughout the summer months. As a club we are affiliated to the Surrey Rifle Association which caters for our needs during the fullbore season and arranges many of our matches.

These pages have been created to provide information about the club and to offer some small insight into the world of Fullbore Target Rifle. The content, I should add, is my own and does not necessarily reflect the views of the club.

Who am I? I'm the captain of the club's fullbore team. My name is Tom Spencer and yes, I seem to have too much time on my hands.
