RULES
1) You can only nominate site(s) that belong to you.
2) Only Lord of the Rings sites please! But no anti-lotr sites or sites w/ only a LOTR layout. If you want to nominate your site for Realm of the Elves (Best Layout/Prettiest Site) and you have a LOTR layout, but not a LOTR site, that's fine. (As long as the theme of your layout it LOTR! Please don't submit a layout that has only 1 LOTR picture on it with pictures of other things/movies like POTC & Harry Potter!
3) All sites nominated shouldn't have any content/pictures that isn't appropriate for kids under 10 years old. No cursing, hate/anti-sites, unappropriate stuff, porn, etc.
4) You may nominate your site(s) for as many categories that they fit under. Please don't nominate your site for best layout if you didn't make the layout.
5) You must put a code up before or right after you nominate. All codes must be linked back to http://www.freewebs.com/everlastinghopeawards/index.htm And all codes must be saved to YOUR server! DO NOT DIRECT LINK THEM!! If you do, you will be removed from the nominees.
6) Although it is strongly appreciated and prefered, it is not required that you have a guest book on your site. I do accept sites without g-books, but then it is your responsibility to check if you won an awards and the pick the award(s) you won up! I will not e-mail you to remind you!
7) I don't accept sites that are 'under construction' or 'brb' or sites that are on hiatus. Did you read these rules? If so, you did, the word 'moon' might come in handy...
8) You cannot win the same award twice. *The only awards you can win 3 times is "Realm of the Elves" the only way that's possible if you change your layout. If you won it, and you made a new layout, you may try for this award again after at least 1 round has passed since you won it. So if you won it for round 1, then you cannot nominate for it again until round 3.*
9) If I don't think any of the nominees in a round deserve a certain award (ex. Best Layout) then I will not give that award to anyone.

~Please Note~ If you nominate your site for the Realm of the Elves Award, the layout of your site must be made by you! If someone else made if for you, or if it is a msn or freewebs or any other site that you used a template to make, you cannot nominate for this category. Sorry!
