Dragon Fly

Dragon Fly is a bay, 16.1 hand, 2001, 3/4 TB 1/4 QH gelding. He has been used for 4-H, Eventing, Dressage, Jumper, Trail, English/Western Pleasure, English/Western Equitation, Showmanship, trail riding, Cavalry reenactment, and mounted shooting. He has also been used for gymkanna events as of August 2007. He is learning sidesaddle as well. Dragon is a very well bred gelding out of Bugsy and Win Lose or Draw, a son of A. P. Indy. Cavalry

My mother and I are a part of a Cavalry Reenacting group. We do living history presentations at a nearby, 1800s fort.

Open Showing

Dragon and I spent a summer working in Montana in 2006. During that time we had the opportunity to show on the open show circuit there. Dragon won lots of ribbons at all the shows, for both English and Western. We also won over-all Hunter Over Fences for the year round awards!
