Introduction...

Ok, this document is basically an overall plan of this project. It's main purpose is really to clarify the details of what is going on as I can imagine right now things may be starting to get a bit confusing given the speed this whole thing has moved so far.

Objectives...

• Acquire 1 Carrier BPO
• Acquire a second BPO (Carrier or component)
• Research BPOS (either ME or PE)
• Acquire the isk and begin production of the first Carrier(s)
• Make profits

• Acquire each races Carrier BPO
• Consider other possible areas to expand into
• Make isk
• Make [COVEN] a singificant economic power both within the OSS alliance as well as EvE in general

Investors & Shares...

Investment in this project will not make you rich fast. It may not even make you rich, however you will come out of it with your investment plus some profit. What I get from this is the ability to begin production of capital class ships with the groundwork and potential to expand much further in the long term.

Investors...

• have the right to sell or trade their shares to anyone they wish for whatever price they wish. I must be notified of who is the buyer and who is the seller. However, beyond that I do not need to know the details. This is merely to allow me to track who holds the shares in the project.
• may request that I buy them out. If an investor wants out of the project but cannot sell their shares they can request I buy them back. Should this happen I will buy back the shares for the base price (50mil isk) plus 20% (this price is not negotiable).
  It should also be noted that I may not have the isk on hand so this may take some time but I will buy them back. Also the investor has to of had the share for longer than one full production run.
  It should be noted that I also retain the right to choose if the bought back shares be sold again or if I maintain the shares.
• will receive a percentage of all profits from sales of carriers or other related items per share they own.
• have the right to vote on an major decisions involved with this project. This can range to choosing what BPOS to purchase to reserving profits for investing in expanding the project further. Each share counts as one vote. The more shares you have the more influence your vote has. In the event of a draw I will cast the deciding vote.
• have the right to request anonyimity. For whatever reasons some shareholders may request that their ownership of a share is not public. In this event I will keep all details private. If shareholders do not request anonyimity then their names and share details maybe added to basic lists on this site. I will try to ensure I ask shareholders before I do such things but I cannot guarrantee I can contact everyone.
