We have implimented a new "Trainee" system in which new members who are recruited receive lvl 4 admin and are a Trainee with minimal admin in order to build trust and relationships with our members before they are given admin which can cause damage. (Trainees must wear a |T tag after their name on the server.)

OwNeD is invite only unless you visit our forums (click the FORUMS tab) and fill out a recruitment application in our Recruitment board. If approved (most likely will) then you will be put on a "trial" as a Trainee for maybe a week maximum in which Members will have an eye on you and judging whether you are OwNeD material based on your skill, maturity, involvement on forums and other qualities.

If you pass you will be asked to put on the OwNeD|| tags, be !setlevel 5 and placed on the clan roster as a fulltime member of OwNeD. If you fail you are always welcome to keep playing and you may be placed on another trial in the near future.
