It's been a pretty hard decision, and one that I've been debating about for quite sometime. However, before you all start planning on the most creative way to hack my head off with a rusty saw, I have a valid reason. Actually, several. Before I start, though, I want to say a very very big thanks to all my brilliant and gorgeous affies and sisters. It's tough competition out there, and although my confidence has faltered more than once, you guys have stood by me, and provided me with neverending support. I love talking to you guys, despite the fact that most of us met each other just by random cyber-surfing. Ok, first and foremost, my graphic designing skills were never all that spiffy to start off with, and they're just getting shocking now. I've been trying for several months to come up with some good graphics, and a nice lay, but I lack in inspiration and whereas I used to be able to chuck in some random brushes, a picture, and some textures and make something I thought was ok, I can't even come up with a half-decent avatar nowadays, no matter how long or how much effort I put into it.

Secondly, I have so many other commitments that mean a lot to me. This year, I will be in year 11, and the last 2 years of high school are the most important ones of all. I'm talking about my future here. And, unlike some of my friends, I'm nothing special when it comes to the brain department so I have to work twice as hard as anyone else. Doing well really means a lot to me, and doing well demands a lot of time. Aside from that, I've been writing pretty furiously for the past year or so, and if you enjoy a variety of short, sweet fics to fill up your time, you can find me at my co-owned fanfic accountThe Dot-Cherri Challenges. So far we have three fanfics under three different categories: CCS, Harry Potter, and One Piece. I wrote Confessions au Carnivala and Coffee Break If you do happen to drop by, please leave a review, it honestly means the world to us.

So, as you can see, apart from graphic designing, I do have, and have always had, lots of other commitments that I'm really dedicated to. Writing has always been one of my favourites and while most of my stories were born within the past 3 years or so, I've always been an avid writer. Unlike this graphic site, I can promise you that the fanfics will never cease, so you will always be able to find me on fanfiction.net I'm known as Dot :)

Btw, If you have used any of my graphics in the past, you are no longer required to link me in your credits. However, although Eternal Light is dead, it's websmitress is still very much alive and will be extremely miffed if she sees her graphics credited under another name. Please don't do that. It's just rude :)

Other than that, I really want to apologise for any inconvenience this might cause but I've thought this through for awhile and come to the decision that this really would be in the best interest of everyone. And now, if you'll excuse me, I will proceed to work my butt off for the rest of my life.
