INFO ON FEMALES: These were all edited by me. The two pictures of the dark red ninja are of Tara, a fictional character I made up. The gray person is of someone named Kalista, whom I also made up. I also wrote her a story:

Her name is Kalista. She is from Edenia. She was forced to kill a friend of Jade because of the information this friend had on Shao Khan's plans to take over Outworld. This friend may have led to the thwarting of Shao Khan. She was poor at the time and someone told her of Shao Khan's wish to end the life of this person before she leaked out the information. She reluctantly accepted this so that her family may live happily. She was deeply regretful for it, but she felt that she had to. She fled after Jade threatened to kill the one who killed her friend, with a deep sadness. She knew that she may never see her family again, but she didn't want to die, so she fled to Earthrealm and secretly observed the training of the Lin Kui. Although she could not master their ice powers, she quickly picked up their martial arts. She discovered at this time that she had the ability of stealth. After training for many years, she felt that now was the time to make up for her betrayal. She wanted to prove to Jade that she was sorry, that she would regret that decision. She wanted forgiveness, but she knew she must prove herself before revealing herself to Jade. So, she entered the tournament in which she was going to defeat the man who had promised to pay her for her compliance in killing the young girl: Shao Khan. She would wear a mask to conceal her true identity from Jade, until that time where she has defeated Shao Khan. How will she do in the tournament?....

That story was pretty much pulled out of my ass when someone accused me of making someone up without a story.

INFO ON MALES: I edited all of these off of original renders from Midway. I wanted to make Noob look like he did in Shaolin Monks. I am particularly proud of the Shang Tsung one I did. I made everything in the pic, except the original render. It was Kung Lao originally, but I edited the original render as well.
