Book Island is meant to introduce me as a writer to readers, fellow writers, editors, and other people in the publishing world. Writing since childhood, creating ideas and expressing them through words has become for me an art of living happily. I started publishing my writings online in 2003. Now, I stand a bit high with three books in print and numerous individual items placed in several different publications. Besides creative writing, I also do some freelance work, particularly on health topics. Reading and reviewing books is my favorite pastime. I also do interviews with authors of well-written books and those on important issues.
Since December 2007, I’m the editor of the review journal The Audience Review (TAR), a print quarterly issued from New York City. The journal has three main sections: book reviews, articles & essays, and author interviews. A fun-to-read product of World Audience is our monthly newsletter Audience Buzz. It features a book review, an interview with an author of a recent book, a feature poem, and updates on World Audience.
