1. A finder service/intermediary to locate
lenders directly for you.
2. For that we require UP TO a 3% finders fee.
3. You will be asked to sign the agreement to
the fee before a lender is submitted to you.
4. To our best efforts we will try to find you
funding. If there is no funding you pay
nothing.
5. We will seek out Lenders who do not
require front fees as much as possable.
6. You must stipulate the amount requested
and the type of Lender you are seeking.
7. You must agree in the fee agreement to
have the check for the finders fee cut
by the lender and sent seperately
to us at the time of closing.
When you send your Executive
Summary keep these points in
Mind.
1. Know your business. Be
realistic how your company
is going to make money.
2. Prove the concept. Really
show that you have a business
before trying to raise money.
Have it established, partially
funded, have contracts waiting
etc etc!!
3. Find a Champion. It is
really important to hook up
with someone who has experience
and can take you through the
next steps. Investors are very

4.Be realistic and coachable.
Be willing to take advise from
those in charge.
5. Know when to raise your
capital.
6. We will look at your Investors.
To see what they have invested in

Remember however the finder is
NOT RESPONCIABLE FOR YOUR
PRESENTATION....YOU ARE!

NEGOTIATE FEES FROM THEM
OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO
WITH THE FINAL ACTIONS.
THAT IS YOUR RESPONCIABILITY.
7. As the Finder I will be asking for
the following items.
1. The Excutive Summary (do
not make this more than 5 to 10
typed pages long at the
most!! The shorter the better!!)
Investors do not want to read
a book!
2. Resumes of all those involved.
A must.
3. The signed Non circumvention/
Fee agreement. I cannot and will not
begin to even search for a Lender with
out it, I can't. I can't notify you without
the agreement, I would be giving away
my work.
It may take a little time, I have access
to alot of Lenders and I have to carefully
evaluate them based on what you have
presented.
As soon as I submit your package I will
notify you, and keep you informed. In
the same manor, if an Investor notifies
you, you must notify me, IMEDIATELY.
8. Last but not least....Patience is
a virture. Remember you may have
talk to alot of people before this thing
is over, it takes time!!
