John Sturdivant, Jr. is the grandson of country music legends, Kitty Wells and Johnnie Wright. Johnny, or 'Junior' as he is known to associates, started early in the music business. When he was five years old he played the role of a clown on his grandparent's television show which was taped in Nashville, Tennessee at the WSM studio and in Houston, Texas.

Growing up in this music-rich environment, Johnny was soon drawn to producing music of his own, and after learning to play guitar he spent summers touring with the Kitty Wells and Johnnie Wright Family Show. Moreover, as a studio musician, engineer, producer and song writer, he has worked on top ten hits in the country and gospel music fields, has earned gold records, and his talents as musician, sound engineer, show producer, and audio visual technician have enabled him to work in all 50 States, all the Provinces of Canada, and England.
