When you are sending in a request for an investigation please
make sure that you give us the following in formation. Please
make sure that you check out the what to expect section for
most of the common questions about an investigation.
`Full name
`type of location - commercial, residential etc.
`phone number where you can be reached at and a email address too preferably
`the types of activity that is being experienced
`anything else that might be pertinent to the case (ie-history previous owners etc)
`if there are any children in the home and their ages
