Fantastic Figments is a term/brand name coined by Stephanie Mannuci to describe her current artwork. With the use of Multi-medium/media Stephanie creates art where items are collaged together to create one cohesive piece. Stephanie chose the name after several on lookers would question, "wow you really used newspaper to make that?" Stephanie doesn't limit herself to any one particular medium but has a goal to incorporate everything that she can to acheive an outcome that is not only pleasant to the eye but stimulating to the brain and emotions.

What isn't up with beeswax it is used in so many different things from cosmetics to art. This all natural form of protecting and enhancing art is nothing new but maybe forgotten. Beeswax was once used to create sculptures and thought of as an honor to have your figure cast forever is the fantastic smelling medium. Why beeswax? Because it is safe/natural and less caustic than other sealants. Plus it gives the piece a fantastic antiqued look that you can achieve in very few ways.
