Saturday August 27 - After a few problems with the van (muffler falling off, engine overheating, and just plain out almost lighting the entire van on fire), Ender arrived at home this morning at 4:00am after an awesome last show in Lloydminster SK with our amazing friends Ten Second Epic, A Textbook Tragedy (from Vancouver) and locals Farsighted. We'd like to thank everyone who came out, bought merch, and to all the promoters who helped us out. We'd also like to thank our AMAZING new friends 'A Textbook Tragedy' (and of course their roadie Shitty Dan) for coming out on the road with us. We'd also like to thank Lights Below (also from Vancouver) who were awesome guys to us. We'd also like to thank Jessie Anne for letting us (and 2 other bands) sleep at her house and make us pancakes in the morning, nicest person in the world! Kevin Zentner should also get an honorable mention as well for being the second best roadie in the world! Last but not least we'd like to thank Mike's girlfriend Kari for helping us out with our money issues. Without her we deffinately would have not been on the road. Thank you. Ender
Sunday March 13 - Whats up kids, its been a long time since I've (Mike) updated the site so I thought I kinda should. Again, a lot of stuff has happened to us lately so heres a little rundown of everything. Our reds show with deville and cry of the afflicted went amazing, thanks to all of you who came out and supported us! Our Friday and Saturday shows were also amazing with pretty good turnouts, thanks again for those of you who came out. I think we've got about 15 shirts left, we're runnin low on supplies so if you havnt already grabbed a shirt get one! Our next show is on Saturday at Spruce Ave Hall with Complete, an AMAZING band from Vancouver, come out and support that one which is being put on by our good friend Adam with Atomic Productions. Our shirts will be marked down to $10.00 at that show in hopes of getting rid of them in order to make new ones. Recording has been postponed a bit because of some complications however thanks to Braden Sustrik we will be going into the recording studio as early as April to put out our VERY long awaited full length. Lastly, make sure you click http://www.battleofthebands.com/ender and play our songs to help us play Warped Tour again this year!
Monday January 10 - Hey guys. Big news in the Ender camp. Our longtime friend and bassist, Tomas Leszczynski, has decided to leave the band for reasons undisclosed. He left on great terms and we wish Tomas the best of luck with everything that he goes on to do. Now, for a bit of good news. We will still be recording at the end of February, thanks to our new bassist, Justin Loyer. Justin (Hundred Acre Wood) has stepped up the plate and has been nice enough to decide to join the Ender roster. He will be recording with us, and hopefully we will have some shows set out during February and before spring break. Anyways, that's about all the down low for now. Thanks for reading this everyone, and good luck Tom. Check back for more news and information as we near our studio sessions.
Lots of love,
Grant
Sunday December 26 - Welcome to the new site of ender if you havn't seen it yet. Also Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone. 2005 has great things in store for Ender (lets hope). We will be hitting the recording studio with our good friend Tom from The Wolfnote. Go check them out. We'll hopefully have the cd out by March or April, keep our fingers crossed. Also, listen to CJSR 88.5fm this Tuesday December the 28th. The nice people at CJSR will be spinning an Ender track from 'The Satisfaction of Knowing' between 6 and 7 PM.
