We are the parents of 6 wonderful children. They range in ages from 23 to 4. We would like to adopt a child from another country, A child with disabilities that makes him or her difficult to place. We want to give a chance at  life to a child who has no chance at all where he or she is. We are not rich people (at least not montarily.) Adoption is an expensive venture. Can you help us bring home a child? If you can buy my crafts from my etsy you can help us bring home a child. In many countries children with disabilities are shut away and forgotten. They languish alone in cribs and orphanages where no one loves them. Imagine your child alone in a crib for most of the hours a day with no hugs, no kisses, no smiles, or toys. Even food is scarce for these kids. Sad isn't it? But you can do something to help! You can help give a child a home where hugs, kisses, smiles, are readily available, and food is plentiful. I want to bring home a special needs child. A child who needs a family to love her/him no  matter what happens.

I often think about the simple things in life that we take for granted. A peanut butter sandwich, a warm coat, ice cream! Life in an orphanage is no picnic. There are no ice cream cones and often little if any heat. I want to give all those things to a child. I want to hold their hand when they are sad, wipe their tears when they cry, feed them ice cream when it's hot, keep them warm when it's not. I want to see their eyes get big and round when they see something exciting for the first time. Somewhere there is a child meant just for us. When he or she comes home they will not lack for any of their needs again. I don't promise every toy under the sun, but I do promise love and warmth and a full belly every single day for the rest of my life.
