We request that all orders be submitted via e-mail primarily to ensure correctness.
Mail order and Customer service hours are 10-5pm Est. Monday through Friday.
E-mails are responded to within 48 business hours.
We accept all Credit Cards through Paypal ONLY.
We accept: United States Postal Service money orders sent to us via certified mail ONLY!!

Shipping:
Empire RR reserves the right to choose the best economical carrier services provided that there is access. We do not accept COD, Personal Checks or Non Postal Money orders. Currently we are only shipping to confirmed USA addresses and no P.O. boxes or MPOs. This may change.
Shipping rates within the US ONLY:
$1-50: $7.95
$50- $100.00: $8.95
$100- $250.00: $9.95
Canada and Overseas shipping locations will be higher.
Sales Tax:
We must collect New Jersey State Sales Tax for any shipment with a New Jersey address. A 7% sales tax will be added to your order if this applies to you.
Back Orders and Special Orders:
All back orders will not be charged on your invoice untill it's arrival to us. We will then contact you regarding in stock status and will ship out to you once recieved. Shipping will be charged at a 1/2 price on back ordered items only. (not to be combined with any services). All Special Orders require a minimum 25% NON - REFUNDABLE deposit to insure us of your intent to purchase and all items are subject to availability and will be charged fully once acquired. No excuses or exceptions. All Special Orders are non refundable or returnable!!
Custom Work Orders:
All custom work done will be by performed under written agreement of designated proportion. All custom work is final once customization of options and price is agreed on. Lead time is determined by seller and buyer. A 50% non refundable deposit will be required once agreement is signed to insure intent of order and material expense. ABSOLUTELY no refunds or returns will be entertained on all custom work. Insurance for shiment is mandatory as well as premium shipping/handling charges set by carrier not by Empire RR.
Returns and Refunds:
Any and All purchases are NOT refunadable for any reason. Returns are accepted within 7 days or reciept or delivery tracked on our end for Exchange or Return STORE Credit only on in-stock items. Know what your interests are before you place the order. All special orders, consignment, electrical, and used items/equipment are NOT refundable, returnable or credited!!
