The Used are by far one of the greatest bands around. Their new album 'In Love and Death' is an amazing new style of music. It has depth and feeling behind the lyrics and the music is amazingly brilliant. The album proves that The Used are a great band with new ideas and the talent behind the music to make these ideas come to light. I would recommend to all fans, of emo music, to by this album.

The Used concert, Cardiff Student Union, 28th January 2005

Awesome. Only word to describe this concert. The Used were amazing live and new exactly what to say to get a good reaction from the crowd. Bert's singing was top class and he managed to hit every note even better than on his albums. Although they were amazing, their support, 'My Code Names Milo', lacked depth and stage presence, leaving the crowd bored and eger to see The Used. However, The Used stole the show with an excellently chosen set list, including great songs from their old and new albums: 'On My Own', 'Take It Away', 'Taste of Ink' and 'Listening'. All in all it was a great concert and I would demand everyone to go see a Used concert no matter how far they have to travel.

My Chemical Romance are a top upcoming new EMO band. Their new album 'Sweet Taste of Revenge' is a masterpiece with excellent lyrics, drum beats and guitar riffs. They are very original and bring an exciting new flavour to EMO. Anyone looking for a new album to by has to by this new album. My only warning is that the band seem obsessed with death and cemetries.

Dashboard Confessional, what a band. No other band can touch the talent, ability and acoustic quality of this heavenly band. If you like acoustic, chill out or just a nice melody, this is the band for you. Their albumn: 'Places you fear the most' is by far the best acoustic album I have ever heard and ever will.

The minute I heard this album I fell in Love with D/C. It has depth and the lyrical content is guaranteed to bring a tear to your eye. The bands new album: 'A Mark A Mission A Scar', takes the band to new heights. It is a different blend of music to 'Palces they have come to fear the most', which is  an acoustic album. The new album has a Jimmy Eat World feel about it, which I love. The Band are touring in the UK soon and I guarantee it will be a concert you can not miss.

Oh yes this is HUNDRED REASONS. Amazing, Brilliant, Awesome live, pioneers are just a few of their qualities. Both of their albums, 'Ideas Above Our Station' and ' Shatter Proof Is Not A Challenge'

are both equally brilliant. But I have to admit I love the first album. The first album is pure H/R. It is up-beat, melodic and well constructed. I first heard Hundred Reasons in Cardiffs Cooper Field Park, when they supported Green Day in the summer of 2001. Their stage presence was overwhelming and the quality of music and pure talent that blasted from the 10ft speakers immediately drew me in. I bought 'Ideas Above Our Station' the next day and have never looked back. They have also supported Incubus in the C.I.A in the summer of 2004. This time they played a lot of their latest songs but still added some of their classics from their old album. Their performance was top class and has established Hundred Reasons as not only a top band but a first class live band.
