Biographical Information: Emerald Forman is a rising star in the fiddle music world. At 19 years old, she is in her third year studying film scoring at Berklee College of Music, and a sought after teacher and performer in the Boston area. The Boston Globe described her playing: “eloquent...fills the heart as well as the ear.” Also an experienced Cape Breton style Stepdancer, and has danced for fiddlers such as Alasdair Fraser, Cape Breton fiddling sensation Natalie MacMaster, and Beolach.

Affiliations: Faculty member at Wellesley College, Club Passim School of Music, and the Callanish School of Scottish Arts. Formerly a teacher at Springstep Center for the Arts.
