Heavenly Greeting
Dear God, For a long time, I have wondered about
How You will meet me when I die and come to
Live with You in Heaven. I know You reach out
Your hand to welcome your people into Your home,
But I never knew if You reached out Your right hand,
Or if You reached out Your left hand.
But now I don't have to wonder about that anymore.
I asked my mommy and she told me that You
Reach out with both of Your hands,
And welcome us with a great big giant hug.
Wow! I can't wait for my hug, God.

Embracing Lambs Ministries
¨ Established in 2006 as ministry of Mission Awareness and Outreach to people who are deaf or have a special need.
¨ Provide assistance to congregations / individuals in developing or enhancing existing ministries to people who are deaf or have a special need through workshops and print resources, and provide case management for individuals in assessment, referral, advocacy, and mentoring.
¨ We are presently focusing our work on developing an AfterCare Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people expecting to be released or already released from incarceration.
What is ELM’s philosophy?
¨ Encourage and enlighten people towards an attitude of loving, caring, and supporting one another for we are all God’s Lambs.
¨ Each one of us has been endowed with unique attributes, unique only to our own personhood as given by God in creating us for His special purpose.
¨ People
who are deaf or have a special need, be it physical or
mental, are also His Lambs and have a precious purpose in God’s
Kingdom as well.
Embracing Lambs Ministries works…
¨ To
help God’s Lambs build and foster relationships with other Lambs towards a cohesive interconnectivity that strengthens and
sustains the community spirit of the flock in love, care, and support
for all members of the flock in everyday life.
¨ Through our Living Faith, exemplifying the loving, caring, and supporting work of the Lamb of God, our Savior, Jesus Christ.
