Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn

Overview:

Thank you for your interest in our Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn! We have been successfully operating since January 2007.  We currently have 15 rooms , 13 of which have private ocean front balconies offering panaramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean some 50 feet in front of us. All of our rates include a full breakfast each morning of our guests' stay. Our breakfast begins with a continental at 7:30am. At 8am we begin cooking the hot breakfast, a prescheduled entre per day. Breakfast entres are "homecooked" breakfasts with a Puerto Rican flair. Breakfast normally concludes at 10:00am. 

Rooms and Room Types:

All of our rooms at Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn are tastefully decorated. As stated previously, most have large private ocean front balconies. The exception to this is our first floor rooms. These rooms are also special in their own way. One of the two ground floor rooms is fully handicapped equipped. This room comes with one queen size bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, easy access from the parking lot, handrails in bathroom, wi-fi, and a desk. Adjoining is a non-handicapped room with interconnecting door to create a suite for an additional charge. The adjoining room which can be booked separately comes with one queen size bed, one twin sized bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, easy access from the parking lot. This room booked separately comfortably accommodates up to three persons. To get the suite, simply book the other room with this one!

With a limited number of rooms available, comes a limited number of room types. Basically our room types are listed as:

Budget Two-Bedroom Casita.

Our modest two bedroom ocean front apartment is in the original building. In one room it has a bunk bed set and a full size bed and in the other room a full size bed. Also included is a kitchen, refrigerator, living room, A/C, bathroom, and spacious covered ocean front porch. Modestly decorated, this room is conveniently priced and ideal for a small group or family looking for an extended, stay. This apartment also has satellite TV. Three night booking minimum.

Double double

This room comes with two full size beds, air conditioning, satellite TV, private oceanfront balcony, and private bathroom. It is very comfortable for four people.

Deluxe King Room

Each Deluxe King Room comes with one king size bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, extended private oceanfront balcony with chairs and table, microwave, refrigerator, and desk. Wi-Fi for wireless access is also available. One or two guests will be very comfortable in this room.

King Standard Room With Refrigerator

Our King Standard Room comes with one king size bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and private oceanfront balcony. One or two guests will be very comfortable in this room.

Queen Standard Room

Each Queen Standard Room comes with one queen size bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, and private oceanfront balcony. One or two guests will be very comfortable in this room.

Queen Deluxe Room

Our Queen Deluxe Room comes with one queen size bed, private bathroom, satellite TV, mini-fridge, microwave upon request, wi-fi internet access, air conditioning, and private oceanfront balcony. One or two guests will be very comfortable in this room.

Additional Amenities:

Here at Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn, all of our front desk staff are trained and available to assist our guests in local area attractions. They are knowledgeable about local restaurants, excursions (many of which are discounted!), and other points of interest. They are ready to make reservations or even last minute arrangements simple, providing maps to destinations and detailed information that made planning any excursions easier. Although the hotel only serves breakfast, there are many local restaurants and typical Puerto Rican food kioskos just a few minutes away. Beach towels and chairs are available at the front desk for sign out free of charge to guests. Other equipment, such as boogie boards and snorkels are available for a small rental fee.

For our guests traveling on business, we have a conference room set up with a computer and internet wi-fi available to our guests free of charge. Our terrace has served as a relaxing place for quiet meetings and personal space for study and meditaion. A fax is available at our front desk; use is free of charge within Puerto Rico or Continental United States.

We currently have a licence permitting the sale of alcohol. For the most part this is used to host small receptions or quiet cocktail parties which are hosted on our terrace and arranged in advance by interested groups.
