We started a small rabbitry in Northern Wisconsin in August 2006. We are raising and showing Rex, mostly Black Otter. Lately we've expanded into Chocolates, starting with a buck born to Black Otter and Broken Black parents. We obtained some nice starter breeding stock and have begun the process of improving our lines. We personally feel that chosing one or two specific varieties and sticking with them is the best way to go. Now it's 2009 and we're mostly showing and breeding home-grown Rex stock.

We branched out into Netherland Dwarfs as a second breed. Mostly we're trying to work with Sable Points and other shaded varieties. We'll be trying to improve and achieve that color with future breedings. This was slow going with few breeders in our barn, but we acquired more breeding stock and are off and running in 2009.

LATSTEST NEWS - We're moving to southern Indiana in July 2009 and will take a short break while we get settled in. About 20 breeding, show, and replacement stock are going with us.
