I have added some pretty jewelry to my Autum specials. go check them out. Nothing better then dressing up your wardrobe then a few pretty items of Jewlry. Also this month is getting colder and for Senior citizens we need to protect our health and also our skin.
Try sipping a cup of hot cocoa. sinnfuly delocious but good for our health. It actually lowers our blood pressure. There are about 15 million adults that have hypertension. Hey a hot toddy works also but go easy on them. Remeber no more then 3 drinks a week. Alcohol is a blood thinner. Also buy those nuts for the holidays but keep them on hand year around. Walnuts are good for you and it seems like a handful of Pistachios steady your blood pressure in stressful situations. and believe me I know stress.
This information comes from UCLA on research for the Pistachios.They say feasting on about 3 0z a day increases artery-clearing HDL,colestral levels by 11%.
I am going the first of the month and stock up on thoise green liooking little nuts. Besides I do like them. Just have to remember only 3oz a day not the whole bag.
Also Bundleing up in cold weather helps your blood vessels from constricting.
