June is a busy month for every one.  We have weddings, Fathers Day, Graduations. But summer is almst here and gas prices have risen. What can we do about it. shop online that is what I do.

I have products here online plus I do online parties and I sell items which you can use to decorate a wedding with. Bird houses for your back yard. Tea for tea parties or to relax with in the morning . I love Tea and can drinl it several times a day.

In fact I discovered my company Teaporia has chocolate Teas. Yes you read me right. Chocolate Teas. and for a chocholic it has been a good send for me.  I have been drinking it and it has helped with keeping on my diet.

I also am working again at getting my Health and wellness company going again for me. I partnered with a great company that helps keep our country green. The products

last a long time plus they  last longer then other products. Cost effective they cost less then your popular  in store brand products.

I have M.S and been using these products for 7 years. I am not progressive but I use these products and the health vitamins and the beauty products cleaning household and love them. I can go out  weed eat and work along side of hubby plus chase grt grandkids.  I also do muy own housework and take care of other people. I don't think I could with out finding out how to take care of myself.

I have added some pretty jewelry to my Autum specials. go check them out. Nothing better then dressing up your wardrobe then a few pretty items of Jewlry. Also this month is getting colder and for Senior citizens we need to protect our health and also our skin.

Try sipping a cup of hot cocoa. sinnfuly delocious but good for our health. It actually lowers our blood pressure. There are about 15 million adults that have hypertension. Hey a hot toddy works also but go easy on them. Remeber no more then 3 drinks a week. Alcohol is a blood thinner. Also buy those nuts for the holidays but keep them on hand year around. Walnuts are good for you and it seems like a handful of Pistachios steady your  blood pressure in stressful situations. and believe me I  know stress.

This information comes from UCLA on research for the Pistachios.They say feasting on about 3 0z a day increases artery-clearing HDL,colestral levels by 11%.

I am going the first of the month and stock up on thoise green liooking little nuts. Besides I do like them. Just have to remember only 3oz a day not the whole bag.

Also Bundleing up in cold weather helps your blood vessels from constricting.

Here it is the second week of October and I am still busy canning. I added a wonderful new company this morning. Cold weather makes me think about apple cider and my favorite beverage tea. So What nicer company then Teaporia.

Ok back to the canning

Autmn is here and I am supper busy. My home smells like apples and spice one day and blackberry jam the next. Then one day last week I got really energetic and cannned 22 pints of Salsa. Wonderful scents wafting through house.

Today I am going to try apple pie filling. I have three apple trees that are supper loaded. I guess we won't starve as long as I can find enough  lids and rings to seal my jars.

I joined a wonderful recipe group last week. Still learning how to make my  recipe book. My luck I will have to join the premier site which costs.

I also join a new company which I will have up soon  called Teaporia. Ooh I love tea and never seem to have enough in the house. It also has wonderful exotic flower teas that bloom in your cup.

Lots of teapots and cups. Look for it on my site to open real soon

I also have gorgeous fantastic Dalias in bloom. Hopefully they will last a few more weeks as I am taking flowers to the church on sundays. But if it freezes they are gone.

One bit of sad news my Waterrose Creation company is closed. I don't know for how long. the owner is sadly homeless. she lost her home and has no where to live. I am praying by now she has gotten a place to live. But the company is still on my site. Please don't order from it though until she is able to take orders. If you placed an order through my site in September please call me at 253-847-2928. I have the order number so I will know who it is as soon as I have a call and will either repay you or you can wait until she ships the order,She has everything packed up and ready to order but had no way to getthem to a post office as she was even out of gas. She did e-mail us before she was out of her home and said she would be shipping all orders but we need patience. I am sorry this happened but we never can till when something like this will happen to us.
