Prices: $30 for Adults 21+, $20 for ages 6-20, and FREE for children 5 and under

The event includes outdoor activities such as swimming and volleyball in addition to live music, food, and beverages including beer and wine.

For 2009, we decided to raise money for a more specific cause, namely a rare genetic disorder called Cardiofaciocutaneous, or CFC. Our proceeds went to CFC International, which is a nonprofit volunteer support group that is involved with networking those affected with those who can help, education, medical treatments, and knowledge. 180 people attended and raised over $7200 that goes directly to our cause. Our best ever (so far).

The event included live music by Gunslinger Squirrel (check them out on myspace) and a comedy hypnotist show by HypnoLorenzo (www.hypnolorenzo.com).

They provide food, shelter, and support services to people in need.

Valley Benefit Bash 2007 included everything from 2006 plus a dunk tank, and hypnotist.
Although the dunk tank wasn't as successful as planned, it still provided plenty of entertainment.
The hypnotist, Hypno Lorenzo (www.hypnolorenzo.com), was an immediate success.
It was a hilarious finale for the day, with the 6 volunteers to be hypnotized.

Thanks to all our sponsors, donators, hikers, and participators, the event raised a total of $2700 for the Spooner House.

Valley Benefit Bash 2006 benefitted the American Red Cross Disaster Relief due to the hurricane devastation in 2005.

Throughout the day, the band (Chucky T and the Allstars) provided music, several donated prizes were raffled off, games were played, food and beverages were served, the pool was open, and everyone had fun in the sun. All proceeds of the event went to the Red Cross.
