A Zoologist studies the life science of animals. Zoologist have been studying the anatomy, interrelationships, physiology, genetics, their distributions and habitats. There is alot to learn about our fellow animal friends, considering we are animals as well. That might have seemed like a pretty wide variety of things that Zoologist can study, but there are more varietes of actual zoology work fields. There are varied interests in the field of zoology, including anatomy, systematics, evolution, behavior, population biology, and ecology of animals.
Being an animal lover and getting into Zoology could lead to wonderful options, things you have seen on television but maybe never thought you would get the amazing experience of having yourself. You dont have to watch animal planet to understand this, you could just dream. Working at a Zoo is a great experience, that is why I have studied so much on being a Zoo Curator. Want to save exotic animals, such as tigers, or jaguars which are two of the many beautiful creatures going slowly but surely extinct? Well studying these animals lives and even volunteering at a local Zoo could make it happen for you, be a hero.
After going through the basic schooling and learning all the things you need to know, this should not sound too bad. Zoo Curators are very busy workers, they dont just study animals or get to have contact with Monkeys, and Sea lions. Curators are responsible for what happens good or bad, they are the ones to solve the problem and come up with how the problem may have occured. Animals of course get sick like humans, so working with the zoo animals of course you better be updated on on medicines & technology. If of course you want to work at a Zoo but not as a curator or volunteer there are two other good options, Zoo Keeper and Zoo Director. The short but main explaination of a curators job would be to oversee the care and distribution of the animals. The director does not get to work directly with the animals, but they perform more administrative duties such as fundraising and public relations. The curator and director work closely together to determine the best ways to contain the animals and maintan their habitats. They are much more active in running the Zoo, but must have a additional business background.

A: I have no college experience so far.

A: I have not always wanted to, i had many different options.

A: Oh yes, many different things about dogs and cats.

A: All about the different personalities and breeds.
Q: Whats the competition like?
A: Our closest competition just closed down, so we are on top.
Q: How do you enjoy the customers?
A: Yes there are many regulars.
Q: When a customer asks a question do you usually have the answer?
A: Most of the time, if I dont I refer them to someone who will.
Q: Is it a well respected job?
A: No, people want the best they can get for the cheapest.
Q: Do you plan on movong on in the animal world?
A: Yes, but I plan on sticking with grooming.
