SHANNON ELIZABETH
BIOGRAPHY:
Shannon Elizabeth was
born on September 7, 1973 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of a Syrian/Lebanese
father and a mother also of mixed decent (Cherokee Indian). Soon after Shannon
was born, her family moved to Waco, Texas, where most her family already lived.
As a child, Shannon took dance lessons, including tap, ballet and many other
forms. While attending High School, however, she was very interested in tennis.
She even considered going pro, and making tennis her life. Also during high
school, she was active in cheerleading, volleyball, and student council treasurer.
As a senior, Shannon did some modeling in New York, and even got herself an
agent. After graduating, she went to Tokyo, Japan, Milan, Hong Kong, and various
other places to model. After coming back to America, she did some Ford Modeling
for a while, and also worked with Elite Agency. She also showed a passion
for acting, and began to take classes. She has definately succeded in the
acting industry also, her most recent projects include American Pie (1999)
and its sequel, American Pie 2 (2001), Scary Movie (2000)

Born on September 7th
in Houston, Texas, an only child, of a Syrian/Lebanese father and a mother
also of mixed decent (Cherokee Indian).
At age two she started
taking ballet, tap and jazz. She loved to sing and dance and show off in any
way possible. In her third grade year they moved to Waco, Texas, where a ton
of her relatives already lived.
Her parents figured it
would be safer to be raised in a small town versus the big city. Although
Shannon says she found Waco was to be really boring!! Two things she loved
to do when growing up were: making her mom laugh so hard that she couldn’t
breathe and arguing until she proved she was right. So, with that in mind,
options seemed to be entertainer or lawyer.
During her senior year
she had the opportunity to be in a video for a local band. The producer of
the project thought that she should be in New York modeling and proceeded
to pitch the idea to her parents.
That Christmas Shannon
and her family ended up going to New York to have some pictures taken and
meet with some agencies. By the end of our trip she had an agent.
