About the Poet - Mal Edward
Mal Edward has been writing poetry since he was a dot, in the time before computers and mobiles.
Until now, his poems have only been read by family and friends but considering some of the more "serious" poetry that that graces screens and pages, he decided that it was time to act in order to save the world from an overdose of seriousness.
Mainstream poetry not only doesn’t rhyme but it may also leave readers wondering what the work was all about.
Something had to be done to return the fun and originality to poetry and so Poems for Kids n Krumblies was born.
Based on Northern UK life, childhood memories and adult dramas, it is hoped that you too will enjoy the poems and memories invoked, so put the cat out, put the kettle on, make a brew and relax.
