Massive 16 inch base with a 14 inch top tier. Made out of very rich, dense chocolate mud cake covered in marzipan and royal icing. The borders are overpiped seven times.
"3 TIER WITH DOTS"
3 tiers made up of a 10 inch spanish almond base, 9 inch lime buttermilk middle tier and an 8 inch banana rum walnut top tier. Covered in marzipan and royal icing with royal icing piped dots. The top decoration is made up of 5 gumpaste roses with gold ball decorations.
"14 INCH WITH ROSES"
14 inch rich fruit cake covered in marzipan and peach coloured royal icing with white royal icing piped on the sides and overpiped 4 times on the top and bottom. Hand made gumpaste roses and leaves are on top.
