According to recent news the Holiday issue of PC gamer will feature a preview of Oblivion, so keep your eyes out for it.
*NEW*
If you missed any of the Oblivion splash screens, counting down to the release of information about Oblivion, you can see them below. They provide a little bit of illumination about the plot of Oblivion. Please note that they are listed in the order they appeared. They are named by the number that appears at the base of the splash screen, thus 8 would be the first one. Enjoy!
Eight Seven Six Five Four Three Two One Zero
If your interested in the Oblivion specs. announced in the October issue of game informer, but haven't been able to find a copy of it you can read a brief summary HERE .
Sept 10: Oblivion is announced in a cut scene by bethseda (watch it here!) sparking thousands of rumors on the Bethseda forums. It announces that GameInformer will be running a 12 page exclusive on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in its October issue. The picture on the cover (you can see it here) is indeed in game artwork. Clearly we are all in for a treat. Sept 23: The October issue of GameInformer hits the news stands. The graphicsare even better then we'd been led to expect. Though no release date is confirmed (save the cryptive Winter 2005) so its still quite a way off. Oh well might as well go start another morrowind character.
