Our New Symrna Beach Condo

We are located on the Atlantic Ocean on the beautiful East Coast of Central Florida.  Close by golfing, fishing, boating and Canaveral National Seashore. Close to shopping and fine dining. An hour away from Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Our unit is located at Point East condominium complex on the non-drive section of New Smyrna beach. Our nicely decorated 3rd floor unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean from the living room and the masterbedroom.  The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a door that opens to the balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed.

The unit offers a fully furnished all electric kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher/disposal, basic small appliances, large closets, color cable TV, living/dining areas, patio/balcony, telephones with local service. The unit is in a 3 story building, with a seasonally heated pool , kiddie pool, 2 shuffleboard courts, basketball , hand ball courts next door, laundry facilities on each floor and 2 elevators (north , south side of building).
