If you are new to the world of Space Dock 13, and the Twighlight Manor "Universe", than I bid you warm welcome. If you are a returning guest, I thank you for coming back.

My name is EelKat. I am a writer, web builder, and Disney Duck historian. If you are coming here from one of my web sites, than you prob'ly already know who I am. If you are just discovering the madness that is EelKat, than I'd encourage you to visit Space Dock 13, to find out who I am.

Space Dock 13, is my personal home page. I own many, many web sites, currently more than 30, a total of well over a thousand pages. Originally when Space Dock 13, first started, all of my web sites, message boards, WebRings, Fanlistings, , and other such sites were all linked to Space Dock 13, 's navabar. However, as Space Dock 13, is an ever changeing, ever growing web site, I came upon the need to add more pages to it, thus loseing the links to my web sites. Since I now have more web sites than can be linked to a single navabar, I am no longer able to link them all to a single page. However I have solved this problem with the creation of "Index Sites". This is one of those sites.

If you have never joined a ring owned by EelKat before, or if this is your first visit to this site than please Read the Complete Rules before you apply. We have had problems in the past and this extended explaination of all the hows and whys behind the rules and how they came to be, will, I hope prevent a repeate of past problems with ring applications.

1.) All sites must be family friendly and child safe. No porn or racial hate please.

2.) The ring code must be installed on the page you submit. The page you submit need not be your sites home page, a links page or web ring membership page is okay, however, placement of the sites Javascript on the home page is prefered over a links/webring page.

Both Java and HTML navabars are accepted.

PASS prefered, but PASS-L is okay, if it is PASS-L because of HTML code use, and not PASS-L because code is placed on a differant page than the URL submitted.

 

There are additional rules for each individual ring. Most are basicly:

3.)  Your site must be "on topic". See each ring's hub for complete topic descriptions. All child safe and family friendly sites welcomed. Fan sites, info sites, home pages, about me pages, pets, family, home based online stores, fan-fic, art, music, movies, cartoons, books, comics, school, work, blogs, message boards, forums, official sites, home businesses, proboards, whatever...every family friendly (i.e. no porn, no hate) site that falls under the individual ring's topic(s), is encouraged to join. Large sites spaning dozens even hundreds of pages, each page covering a seperate topic, are welcomed to join each page on any or all rings matching the pages topic.
