Per week price is considered 7 nights.
We try to stick to the minimum amount on nights but we try to be flexible, so just ask for different lengths of stay if you need to.
**Unlike alot of other Swiss apartments and chalets we will pay your local tax for you. We add it to the price you pay and send you an official receipt which can be used to obtain discounts when using lifts and cable cars in the Visp area. Adults are 2.10chf (£1.40) per night and children 7-16years are 1.40chf (95p) and 6 years or under free. You can pay the local tax yourselves if you wish, at a tourist office during your stay.
**Also all Heating, Water and Electricity is included.
A flat rate of 100chf is payable to the caretaker on arrival for clean towels and linen and for cleaning of the apartment upon departure. If staying for longer than a week, a change of towels and linen can be arranged at a small additional cost. We do rely upon the goodwill of our guests to leave the apartment in a respectable state so as only superficial cleaning is necessary.
A fully refundable security deposit of £75 is required with your final balance payment for breakages and damages. Paid back to you within 10 days after your return home after caretaker inspection.
25% deposit required together with a signed booking form (will email this to you) to secure the booking. Full balance and security deposit required 8 weeks before departure.
