Continued from our sister site Darkwing's St Canard's Citizens of St. Canard, is the on going project to track down a detail the histories and biographies of each and every character to ever cross the Audobon Bay Bridge into St. Canard. While on Darkwing's St. Canard we are focusing on the average citizens and the heros of the city, here in The Negaverse, we set our sites on the dark side of St. Canards citizens..the crooks, criminals, thugs, crime lords, and super~villains.
