PROCESSORS & PROCESSING FEES:
If you purchase a whole beef, we will transport your beef for free within 100 miles of our ranch. You can select a beef processor or we can select one for you. If you purchase a half of a beef we may be able to select a processor convenient for you and the family purchasing the other half. Otherwise, we will select a processor local to us.
However, unless you have a local processor that you have used and trust well and is USDA inspected, I would highly suggest that you use Jenson's Processing. We have developed a good working relationship with Jenson's and have been very happy with them through the years.
When you pick your meat up it will be frozen solid and packed in boxes. If you have any questions just ask.
