AVAILABILITY:
Our GRASS-FED BEEF are available seasonally, corresponding with the end of the warm- grass-growing season.
We process our BEEF at the end of the summer/fall season which allows them to be at their prime, right before winter sets in.
BEEF can be reserved year-round and tagged for your family, but butchering time, unless otherwise specified
will be around October, while the beef are nice and fat from the good summer grasses.

UPDATE: APRIL 2008. WE HAVE ALREADY STARTED COLLECTING DEPOSITS FROM FAMILIES THAT WANT TO ENSURE THERE WILL BE AVAILABLE BEEF FOR THIS FALL '08.
I WILL SOON BEGIN CONTACTING THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED ON OUR LIST TO SEE WHO DOES AND WHO DOES NOT WANT BEEF THIS FALL. I WILL CONTACT FAMILIES IN THE ORDER THEY WERE PLACED ON THE LIST.
FOR THOSE FAMILIES THAT CHOOSE NOT TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN EARLY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE BEEF WILL BE AVAILABLE THIS FALL.
A DEPOSIT IS DEFINITELY A GOOD IDEA TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY.
