We are a working family ranch in South Eastern Colorado. We use good management practices along with strict rotational grazing on our ranches to ensure our cattle reach and maintain their optimal potential and good health. We sell most of our calves at weaning, but are keeping back some each year to grass-finish for ourselves and others to enjoy. Our beef enjoy a leizure life full of quality and plentiful grass, good well water, sunshine and wide open spaces. They are all treated humanely and looked after closely. We have great satisfaction in our grass-fed, grass-finished beef and are very proud to offer it to others as well.

As a consumer, we know how important it is to know where your food comes from and how it is taken care of and raised.
For this reason, we offer our customers the option of coming out to the ranch.
Customers can choose to select their beef and it will be tagged with their name.
Customers can then visit periodically to watch as their beef is grass-grown and grass-finished on the ranch.
Available beef can also be posted on the "available page" for selection and customers
can be updated with periodical pictures to keep track of their personal beef.
