this deck is legal in accordance to the tournament rules of sometime ago. it only has four copies of each name of a pokemon (( for example -- you can have four "surfing pikachu" and four "pikachu," and it's still legal )). it doesn't work too well in two-on-two battles, and has a lot of really, really old cards. so, yeah, it doesn't comply with set-up rules, but it's damn good, trust me. ::nods::

the point of this deck is to get out "shining raichu" on the feild, and i put lots of stall cards in such as the two legendary birds, "suicune," and "pichu," who's special baby power can hold off enemies for a few turns. "here comes team rocket" and "maintenance" were put in the deck for the sole purpose to get "shining raichu" in your hand, and since shining pokemon count as basic pokemon, you can set him on the bench right away (( which is why i made him my trump card; he's what i call a "big basic" )). eevee's sole purpose is too evolve, which is the reason i put him in there too, and i chose the light forms of his evolution because they have higher h.p. and can stall easier, which, again, all ties back to getting that "shining raichu" on the feild. but, if you can't get the trump card out in time, there are plenty of other heavy hitters that can k.o. your opponent's pokemon easy.

also, the reason i picked moo-moo milk over the potion series is because they have a higher recovery power without having to sacrifice energies or anything else. ::nods::

and, no, i don't play on those sites you speak of, in fact, i have never heard of them before. ::sweatdrop::
