Eclat D'étoile is currently home to 4 Belgians. We prefer to keep the quality high, and the quantity down. This way, all of my dogs are able to live in the house, with access to the outdoors whenever they want. In addition, they usually all sleep inside (often times, on my bed :o). I strongly believe that a dog that's exposed to different people, animals, places and events will be a much better 'all-around' dog than one that stays in a kennel. To me, it is extremely important that my dogs are all completely sound, mentally and physically.

The man of the house is, "Enjoleur Du Cadre Noir (ptd)" (Terv). He lives happily with the following lovely ladies: "Am.Can. Ch. Image's Made U Look" (Groen), "BPIS Ch. Blak Jak's Quiz At Images" (Groen) and "Ch. SterlingDen's Chablis Br Fae" (silver Terv).

"Carson" is our gorgeous up and coming young male from the renowned Cadre Noir kennel, and we couldn't be more thankful to have the privilege of owning such a quality dog. Carson turns heads wherever he goes, and has just started his show career with a Championship fast approaching. His wins include Winners Dog and Best Puppy in Breed at a recent specialty show, at the tender age of 6 months. Carson is a very happy boy. He loves everyone he meets, and is constantly giving his "smilies" to people. Check back for updates on Carson's latest achievements.

"Morticia" is our sweet little Groenendael girl from Renee Croft of Images, in Ohio, and Barbara Swisher of Avatar. She earned her Canadian Ch. as a Jr. puppy over American and Canadian specials. In one weekend she picked up two Puppy Group wins and two Group 4's! She then started making visits to the US, and quickly earned her American Ch. At her first AKC show, she earned two majors! Then, at the Canfield show she took Winners Bitch all 4 days and finished. At her first UKC show, she won her class, best female, best overall and best of winners equaling 35 points! Ticia is a very friendly, and VERY typey bitch. She has great conformation, with lots of body & coat and wonderful movement, along with a spectacular head piece, making her very, very elegant and beautiful. Paired up with her friendly, sweet, easy-going temperment, this girl is something special! We are truly blessed to share our home with Miss Morty!

"Elvira" is another lovely Groenendael from Images. It didn't take much for us to come to the conclusion that we simply couldn't go anywhere else for our Groenendaels. And we are very happy with our choice! Elvira is very similar to Morticia in many ways. Her conformation is just as wonderful with just as much coat (if not more!) yet her expression is a little more goofy with the crooked ear, just like her temperment :) Like Morticia, she is friendly and happy. But Elvira just lives to play! Flash: Elvira wins Best Puppy In Show her second time out and finishes her Championship in the blink of an eye.

"Brie" is our stunning little Silver Tervuren. After seeing the incredible quality (physically and mentally) that comes from SterlingDen, we decided to go to Angie for this girl. And we weren't dissapointed! The conformation and temperment in Angie's dogs is consistent and simply incomparable. Brie is a Silver Tervuren, and growing into a gorgeous little lady! We are very excited to see how she turns out and can't thank Angie enough for letting us have this special little girl. Brie had a fantastic puppy show career, and we will be bringing her out again once she has matured. She is a once-in-a-lifetime dog and her correct silver colour is absolutely breath-taking.
