Download Mistletoe Show Application.  When finished, save and email to ecjwcmistletoeshow@yahoo.com along with .jpg files or print and mail to the address on the application with pictures.  Applications will not be accepted without photos.  Application deadline for first review is April 1, 2009.  Applications will still be accepted after the first deadline in case all booth spaces are not filled.  DO NOT SEND MONEY WITH APPLICATION.

If you are accepted into the show during the first review, you will receive notification at the beginning of June along with an invoice for your booth and any amenities requested.  Booth rental fees are due July 1, 2009.  Vendors accepted after July 1, 2009 have 30 days to submit booth rental fees.  Last day for refunds is October 1, 2009 - no exceptions. 

ECJWC reserves the right to limit the number of similar vendors in the Mistletoe Show and encourage vendors to reapply in future years if not accepted in the current year.
