FAQ for Adbux

What is Adbux?
Adbux is a new innovative, international and FREE English based service that allows advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their ad on our, "Surf Ads" page.

How does it work?
You view websites in 30 second sessions via the "Surf Ads" page. Once the 30 seconds is up, you'll either get a green dollar sign or a red 'X'. The dollar sign means you've earned $0.01 for the visit and the 'X' means you have not earned money for the visit. You'll get red X's when you have more than one website from the "Surf Ads" page open. When this happens, you get no credit.

Can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it sent to your e-mail address. If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.

Can other people in my household join?
As long as they each have their own computer, Paypal account and e-mail address. As far as cheating goes, our software detects users who create fictitious accounts and use the same computer so if someone else in your household wants to join and will legitimately use their account; you shouldn't be flagged for abuse.

My network, school or ISP all use the same or randomly used IP addresses, can I join?
Yes, this is fine. The same general rule applies from the previous question. However, we do not recommend that you use Adbux on networks that use shared computers because we only allow one computer per user and your account will more then likely be banned if you use a computer that is already registered to an Adbux account.

How much money can I make?
We pay you $0.01 for each website you visit and $0.01 for each website your referrals visit. If you're a premium member, you earn $0.015 per website you visit and $0.015 per website that your referrals visit. There is no limit in the amount of websites you visit or referrals that you obtain. Your earning possibilities are virtually endless.

How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area.

Is it really worth it to purchase un-referred users?
It's well worth it. The small investment you make can be rewarded back to you over and over and over again because your referrals are under you for life. Some members use a percentage of their earnings for purchasing more referrals! It's like an investment program, with virtually no risk.

I can't see any ads!
If you see no ad links on the "Surf Ads" page but you DO see stats on the right hand side then you need to disable all antivirus and antispyware/adware programs. If you're using firefox, make sure you don't have a plugin called "AdBlock" turned on while at this site. The word "AD" in "Adbux" is causing the links to be blocked or filtered. If this doesn't work, try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

My stats aren't updating!
This is either because your browser is saving the page in it's cache or you're not waiting for the dollar sign to appear after the timer is complete. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

I keep getting "Invalid verification code entered." when I try to register or login!
First, make sure you are correctly typing in the verification code. If you are typing in the correct code and still having problems then it's something to do with your browser caching the previously used session image. Try cleaning your cache, temp files, cookies, etc. If you're still having problems after all of that, try changing or updating your browser.

How often are the statistics updated?
Stats are updated immediately.

How do I get paid?
If you have at least $10.00 accumulated, you can click on your account balance within your stats area (it's highlighted in red) and it will submit your request. Currently, we only make payments via Paypal . We will soon be using other methods of payment but we do not have a specific time on when this will happen.

When do I get paid?
You can request for payment once you're account balance is at least $10.00. Your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal within 24-72 business hours (or about 3 business days), but usually sooner.

What is Paypal !??
Paypal is the payment processing solution that we use to pay members. Your Paypal address is the e-mail address you use to register with Paypal . You can get a free Paypal account at http://paypal.com.

Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?!
If you have a business account with Paypal , they charge a 2.9% transfer fee plus an additional $0.30 base fee when you receive funds.

We assure you that cashcrate is is not a scam! Companies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so. 1. What are the requirements to join?
You must be 13 years of age or older and agree to our terms and conditions. Members under 18 years of age should have parental consent. Members residing outside the U.S.A. are not allowed to participate in offers, however they can earn cash through referrals.

2. What are the site rules?
In short, you cannot complete offers from outside the USA. You can not send unsolicited e-mail messages to people you do not know. (although advertising in chatrooms, forums, on myspace etc. is okay) You cannot provide false information to us or to any advertiser. There is a strict 1 account per household limit. This is to prevent fraud, as advertisers sometimes will withhold payment if they notice a single computer/household is completing offers multiple times. There is no way that we, or our advertisers can look in your window and see whether or not 2 people are completing these offers. A non-paying advertiser can hurt the experience for everyone, for this reason, any duplicate accounts may be deleted without notice. Family members may share an account, but again, one account per household, consider this the golden rule.

You also must obey the forum rules, which include:

No discussion of cancellation of trial offers.
No discussion of competitor sites.
No flaming, cursing, or posts of an inflammatory nature.
Always respect fellow members and obey administrators.

3. How do I complete an offer?

Log into your account. Go to the "earn cash" section. You will find a list of available offers/surveys. Each offer has a value, this is the amount that you will be awarded upon completion of the offer. To complete the offer, click on the link and follow the instructions provided. Once it's complete, you can place it in your pending offers by clicking the "Mark as complete" link. As soon as we receive notification from the sponsor that the offer was completed, we'll update your account and award you the money.

4. When do I get paid?

You may cash out any time there is at least $10.00 in your account. Go to the 'stats' page and click "cashout" Once you do this, the cashout request will be sent to an administrator. Once the request is approved, you are paid immediately. Requests are normally processed within 24-48 hours, usually sooner.

5. I don't have a credit card, can I still earn money on your site?

Absolutely! In fact, MOST of our offers currently don't require a credit card. They just want you to fill out surveys, open free accounts, or request information/brochures etc. Also, you can earn through referring other members. Referral earnings are unlimited, and can prove to be a substantial source of passive income.

6. I'm tired of filling out long forms. Is there anything I can do to make it easier?

Once you store the information, you can fill out forms with a single click! This will greatly increase your speed at completing offers.
