Entering a competitive team into the Solent Churches Football League.
Providing a mix of formal and informal training sessions for players of all abilities.
Providing social events for players and their families.
Encourage new players from both the church and the local area to come to training and other club events.
Club Policies
To play football in a competitive way but in the ‘right-spirit’, respecting the laws of the game, league directives, referee’s, opponents, team-mates and spectators at all times.
To win football matches.
To play the strongest team for each match from the players available from within the squad.
Responsibility for team selection, tactics and substitutions taken by the Manager/s.
All players to be signed on to Eastleigh Baptist FC squad prior to representing the club in competitive matches.
All ‘Club Officers’ to be members of
Training sessions open for anyone to attend whether in the squad or not, regardless of ability.
A signing on fee will be collected from players when they sign on to the squad.
Club fines of £1 to be issued for incidences of swearing occurring both on and off the pitch, including training.
Club fines of £3 and £5 to be issued for yellow and red cards.
All players to abide by the code of conduct.
