I hereby release The Eastern Buckeye Crappie Club, it's Sponsors,

Members and the State of Ohio from any bodily injury, or loss of

property that may occur during any of our events or tournaments.

I also agree to abide by all the tournament rules including all laws

of the state of Ohio, Local and ODNR. Which shall include size

and limits of said species. Any violation of these laws or rules will

result in disqualification from the event and Possibly all future

events of our club plus the forfeiture of all entry fees as the

tournament Director determines necassary. I also agree to submit

to a polygragh and/or voices stress test to abide by the decision of

said operator of the tests.
