PUDSEY BILLIARDS LEAGUE

We have now reached the mid point of the season and now have 3 teams in joint leadership on 30 points each, with Princeville B breathing down their necks on 29. The League Table is on the appropriate page.

Unfortunately, we still have 3 teams who have not completed their fixtures due to a couple of problems - a fault with the table light at Pudsey Congs and then Conservatives B getting lost on their way to Princeville A, and not arriving. Those 2 matches will be played in the new year, with no loss of points to any teams.

At the League Meeting on 4 December 2009, the draw was made for the first round proper of the team knockout. One match remains to be played in the preliminary round. That will take place at Littlemoor tomorrow night 7 December 2009.

The Individual Merit preliminary round was also drawn - more details on that soon.
