Spread the blue eyeshadow over the lid all the way to the crease. |

Spread a thin layer of eye-glue over the crease area, then dab the green glitter shadow onto the eye glue until you have a good coating. |

Now spread a thin layer of eye glue over the area of the eye between the crease and the brow. Dab the silver glitter shadow onto the eye-glue until you have a good coating. |

Add blue liquid eye-liner and mascara. |

your done! All you need are the facials!
